Heating & Cooling —  Each unit owns a water-sourced heat pump located within their condominium.  The building supplies cooled water in the summer months and warm water in the winter to assist with the cooling and heating of the living space.  The heat pump has a condenser that augments the heating and cooling as necessary.  To avoid expensive trouble, it’s wise to perform regular twice-a-year inspections and filter changes.
