Moving In & Out —  Be sure to schedule all moves in & out at least two weeks in advance with CMI. Moves are disruptive to life at The Elizabeth, and fines are assessed for failing to comply.

If you’re selling or renting, be sure new occupants are made aware of these documents and of their responsibility to comply with the provisions therein.
